Belinda will take you through a breath practice specifically tailored to engage your body's rest and digest response, where your body can down regulate and repair itself naturally.
Effortlessly, you will transition into a deeply restorative and restful Yoga Nidra guided by Anna. This session will end with hands-on Reiki to complete your experience.
Breath practice is intimately connected with engaging the parasympathetic nervous system and brings this system under conscious control through working with the breath and diaphragm. The breath practice will be gentle and no prior experience is required.
Yoga nidra, is a powerful technique for gently guiding your body out of the fight/flight response and into your body’s natural state of rest and digest. It is deeply soothing for the nervous system and allows you to reside in a relaxed but aware state.
Reiki is a Japanese practice that is deeply restorative, gently reminding your body how to return to balance

Meet your facilitators Anna and Belinda
Anna O’Keeffe is a Kinesiologist, registered with the Australian Institute of Kinesiologists, an experienced Reiki (Master) Practitioner and trainer, and a certified (100 hours) Yoga nidra teacher and guide.
Dr. Belinda Clark is an experienced Osteopath and certified breathwork facilitator who brings a balanced and holistic approach to health and well-being. With a diverse background in Osteopathy, Integrative Breathing Therapy, Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitation, Visceral Manipulation, and Usui/ Holy Fire® III Reiki Level two. Belinda is dedicated to understanding and addressing the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction.
